Dave

We are sitting in the surgical waiting room. Danielle, Melanie, Fred, and I are camping out with all our electronics. This hospital offers free coffee and cheaper parking then the last two.  Let's hope their Hospital Acquired Infections rate is low.  I think I will go to Consumer Reports and check the ratings!

Will keep you posted.

" Every Once In Awhile"

This song " Every Once In Awhile" was written in memory of a young man whose family feels his presence each and every day with the signs he gives to them as small reminders that he is around them , watching them and loving them still.
This song was inspired by stories of Pennies, HUMMINGBIRDS and visits in dreams from their son, brother /friend that this family so openly shared with me . I hope you enjoy this message of love from the other side as much as I enjoyed the experience of writing it!

John Edwards_April 19, 2012

Dearest Laura,

Once again you gave me a beautiful gift.  THANK YOU! I hope my eyes never close to your messages. Thanks for the coin on my car seat! I knew when I saw the dime that you heard me. Thank you so very much.

Barbara and I went to see John Edwards tonight at the Sheraton in East Rutherford. There must have been about 700 plus people there. I was so happy that I was there to witness other people receiving validation from their loved ones. And then, right at the end, you came and Pop came through. Just so amazing!

Happy Spring from Jim Shore

Message from Jim Shore: Yesterday was the first day of spring so I wanted to post something that speaks to new beginnings. Here’s something that combines two of my favorite subjects, Angels and Noah’s Ark. What makes this piece special is it shows the animals leaving the Ark, starting a new life after the storm. The quilt pattern on the angel's robe is called Home Again, which I thought was fitting. So happy spring everyone! I hope it’s full of great new beginnings for you and yours.
